Ultra Refined Papain Powder - CAP free

Due to our long experience in enzyme extractions worldwide, we have access and can collaborate with the new top producers/factories in the new growing countries.

Our partner Fruzyme has installed a complete new factory in the middle of the  papaya growing areas and can produce high quality refined spray-dried papain.

The papaya fields are under supervize of the MInistry of Agriculture and we can guarantee complete CAP free (chloramphenicol free) papain

Due to the fact that the latex is collected daily fresh, the smell of the papain  is very low and the enzymatic activity very high up to > 1100 TU/mg.

The factory is  Kosher and Halal  and FSCC 22000 certified.
